Read and manage custom orders
A custom order can have a main product line and separate paid-extra lines. Check all related lines before fulfilment. The selected options are on the main line. Merchant tools can show private properties with names that start with _bespoke_.
Fulfil physical products by their stock and delivery needs. Service work can need no shipment. Decide fulfilment from the Shopify product and the order lines. If you refund or return a custom order, review the main line and each paid-extra line, then use your Shopify return and refund process for the lines that apply.
This app records the selected options and groups related cart lines. It does not set your customer return policy or prevent Shopify refunds.
