Show an option only when another is chosen
Open the option that should appear later and add a condition in its Conditions card: the earlier option, a test such as Equals, and the choice or value. Several conditions must all match.
An option can depend only on options above it in the list, so keep each dependent option below the one it relies on. Drag the handle at the left of an option to reorder, or focus it and use the arrow keys. The editor refuses a move that would put an option above the one its condition uses.
The list names each option’s trigger, the selected option starts with Revealed by and a chip per condition, and a choice shows what it reveals. Each of these jumps to the option it names.
Save, copy, import, and apply templates
A template is a reusable copy of options. Save a template before you leave its editor. Copy an example before you change it. You can delete a saved template. Select Delete to remove an example from this shop. Use Restore example templates to bring the examples back. These actions do not change options that you already applied to products.
Apply changes the option-set draft in the product editor. Review the options and select Save in the product editor. Apply does not save the product by itself. A later template edit does not update products that used an earlier copy or application.
Bulk apply replaces the custom options and checkout rules on each selected product. Shopify product details and native variants stay in Shopify. Review every product before you select Replace options.
Import creates a template draft, or replaces the option-set draft for one product. It does not save until you select Save template or Save. For another shop, select Remove Shopify variant links, then set each paid link again before sale.
